“Todo excelente ”

“It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. ”

“The web description is different from the actual room. It's antiquated. The door to the balcony lock was broke. The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!”

“Parking and laundry were perfect. This time, the linings and pillows felt different. Cheaper quality. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and recently renovated, and the location is hard to beat. You can walk to the outlets, Knuckleheads, and plenty of food options, and everything else in the Dells is just a short 5–6 minute drive. A very convenient and comfortable stay.”

“Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel.”

“Happy to find the hotel offered soy and almond milk along with oatmeal so i could enjoy a healthy plant-based breakfast and milk in my coffee. A wonderful hotel to stay at!”

“Breakfast was fine. Hot tub was hot. But the pool was cold.”

“They had a really small fitness room with really old equipment in there. The treadmill was actually out of order. The breakfast was horrible. It's a problem when you have to find breakfast elsewhere and go to another hotel nearby to use their amenities. It was very disappointing, I will not be staying here again. ”

“We liked the staff. The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was super nice to my kids. It meant the world to me. Parking was the best. However, the breakfast menu could use some improvement. There wasn't really too many options. Overall, it was a great experience and we are looking forward to staying at the same hotel again. ”
